'I would like to thank you for the wonderful and educational session last Friday. It was so nice of you to even teach me some secret techniques I can do at home. All these years, I relied on acupuncture for pain management and the treatment you gave me was something I have never experienced. I believe I just found the best acupuncturist in town.
I discovered acupuncture when I had patellar tendinitis in the early 90s. After a series of physical therapy that didn't work, a friend referred me to a Sports Medicine doctor who is an acupuncturist. I was amazed because of the immediate improvement. I then became a fan of this healing technique. When I lost contact with this doctor, I didn't know where to go. So when I needed treatment for my chronic neck pain and lower back issues, I went back to physical therapy.
Having experienced instant relief from acupuncture, I realized how much time and money I am spending on physical therapy because it takes about 18-20 sessions before I get results. Of course, this is speaking for myself. Some people may find physical therapy more effective than acupuncture. Well, I guess it is a case to case basis. And probably, those who are not getting results should move on and find a better acupuncturist like I did.
In my experience, I always feel better after acupuncture. Although not totally eliminated, pain is lesser. Lately I noticed, some days I am relieved, some days I am not. Does it depend on the level of pain I have? I believe I should feel better or maybe no improvement is acceptable. But definitely, I shouldn't be stepping out of a clinic with more pain than when I came in. This is exactly what happened to me which made me decide to try another doctor. If you don't get results anymore, it's time to find another place where you will get them. Now that I have tried your technique, I can't help but say how impressed I was with the way you handle a patient. You never left the room as most acupuncturists do after sticking needles into my skin. You continuously monitored how I am responding to your treatment and never stopped until the pain is gone. Awesome! You unselfishly shared self help techniques that otherwise will not be shared by others. I really appreciate.that.'
